We deliver to all 32 counties in Ireland (ROI and N.I)

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING? 2018-06-15T21:21:31+00:00

Orders must be placed online before midnight on Thursday, to be included for the following week’s delivery on Monday (Dublin) or Tuesday (Rest of Ireland). If you miss the deadline you will be automatically included for the week after that.

Shipping is a flat rate of €5 to anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

All our food is prepared & cooked in a fully equipped professional kitchen.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE? 2018-06-12T08:08:50+00:00

Once we receive the order & payment we prepare the food the day before it’s dispatched to ensure it’s as fresh as possible. Delivery day is Monday (Dublin) or Tuesday (Rest of Ireland) between 9am and 6pm.

DO I NEED TO BE AT MY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY? 2018-04-14T21:59:08+00:00

We highly recommend you get the package delivered to your workplace or a location where someone is guaranteed to be there to accept it as GLS couriers are not authorised to leave packages unattended, they require a signature.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY? 2018-06-15T21:20:30+00:00

Don’t worry! The courier will try a neighbour first to see if someone will accept the package on your behalf and sign for it.

If nobody is home, it will be returned to the local depot and delivery attempt will be made the following day.

Please notify us no later than 4pm on your delivery day (Dublin (Monday), Tuesday (Rest of Ireland)) if you haven’t received your order & we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF MY MEALS IS DAMAGED EN ROUTE? 2018-06-12T08:10:13+00:00

If you open your delivery and notice one of the meals has broken on transport?

We advise to check all sides and see the extent of the damage, if the meal is salvageable, please eat this one first.

If the meal cannot be saved, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. Please check all meals are sealed with no breaks as if one container gets air into it, it will not last any longer than 3 days in the fridge.

HOW DO I STORE & REHEAT MY MEALS? 2018-04-14T22:00:52+00:00

Transfer your meals to the fridge as soon as possible when you open your box. We recommend maybe freezing the meals for your last day or 2 of your meal plan, as they will stay fresher for longer. Defrost for 24 hours before heating.

If you’re not freezing any meals, they should be consumed within 5 days.

All meals include heating instructions which let you know how long to microwave for. All our meals are suitable for microwave/oven use.
