The Fat-Loss meal plan provides 1500 Calories across 3 meals (females) or 2000 Calories across 3 meals (males).

Healthy Eating

The Healthy Eating meal plan is designed to help you eat better and feel great! Maybe you don’t want to lose or gain weight but you’d like to take advantage of high quality tasty, nutritious, healthy meals delivered directly to your door! Let us take care of the preparation. Bodyfirst Prepp’d has got you covered!

The Healthy Eating meal plan provides 1900 Calories across 3 meals (females) or 2300 Calories across 3 meals (males).

Women: 5, 10 or 15 meals (€6.50 each)
Men: 5, 10 or 15 meals (€7.00 each)

Muscle Building/Athletic Performance

The Muscle Building meal plan is designed to provide you with enough quality nutrients to help you achieve your goals, be they building lean muscle without unwanted fat gain or maintaining high levels of sports performance. These meals aim to put you in a calorie surplus which is ideal for muscle growth. These meals are high quality, tasty, nutritious and convenient! Bodyfirst Prepp’d has got you covered!

The Muscle Building plan provides 2300 Calories across 3 meals (females) or 2700 Calories across 3 meals (males).

Women: 5, 10 or 15 meals (€7 each)
Men: 5, 10 or 15 meals (€7.50 each)

Disclaimer - as there is lots of individual variation in calorie requirements we can’t guarantee results on specific plans.

For example a highly active female (active job, exercising most days) may be better suited to the Healthy Eating meal plan even if her goals were fat-loss.

The Fat-Loss plan could be too little calories in this case, at least starting out.
